Suggestions for cataloging a small/classroom collection

From LM_NET

This is an excellent program. I use it for our church library and I also have it on my iphone. Not too expensive either. $40. It is super easy to catalog with it. Either enter the title, or ISBN number manually, or pick up an inexpensive barcode reader for $25 and scan your collection. - It is currently at Windows product only.

Have you seen Booksource, the classroom organizer
http://classroom.booksource.com/

Sorry, I haven't had any experience with it personally. It will allow you to inventory your classroom books, and students can use it to check in/out. Our charter school has their own small library and they are hoping to use this along with our regular school library.

I use Shelfari. You can add titles and there is a tab for loaned out. No app just a website.

I can't help with the checkout side, but LibraryThing <https://www.librarything.com/> can do the cataloging and let the teacher have a classroom catalog. If all of her books have isbn barcodes on the covers, she might be able to do something based on that.
